Who handles your inquiry
Humanitas Consulting is an independent economic research and advisory practice based in Aarhus, Denmark. Use our contact form for questions about your inquiry or the handling of your personal information.
Information and purpose
When you contact us, we collect your name, email address, area of interest, message and, if you choose to provide it, organization. We use these details to review and respond to your request. The form is not intended for sensitive personal information or confidential business documents.
Storage and access
Inquiries are stored in the private database provided through the Sites hosting service. They are not displayed publicly. The website confirms receipt only after the database accepts the inquiry. It does not send an automatic email notification. Hosting providers also process technical requests needed to operate the website.
Retention
The inquiry endpoint removes records older than 180 days when processing a new valid submission. This is not scheduled deletion: an older record can remain until the next submission. You may request deletion through the contact form. If an inquiry becomes an engagement, separate terms and record-keeping requirements may apply.
Cookies and preferences
Choosing a language saves a first-party preference cookie for one year. There are no advertising pixels or optional analytics in this website. The hosting service may use security or authentication technologies. No contact-form contents are saved in your browser’s local storage.
Privacy requests
You can contact Humanitas to request access, correction or deletion of information you supplied, or to raise other data-protection questions. Applicable rights depend on the circumstances of the processing. You can also contact Datatilsynet, the Danish Data Protection Agency.
